Here is an new/updated guide for configuring a trunk between the two systems.
It is a lot shorter than the original Cisco one, as it does not cover setting up Voicemail on each system, MoH, etc as these are basic system config, and are generally specific to the end system. Plus a lot of stuff in the original document was not in the correct order, and some was even wrong.
