SX2000 card st not siezable

Hello guys

had a red light on one of our PRI cards

Did a st (plid) and it came back with not siezable?
Busy'd plid and then RTS and came back the same?
What does not siezable mean and what would cause this?

Could be a few things. If there's only one port on the card in use, you could try re-loading the card to see if that brings it back. Otherwise you might have to have the carrier test the circuit. Also do a "DTSTAT READ <PLID>" and see if there's any errors.

If you use the command "DTS Read <Plid> last 24" it will show you if it has been up within the last 24 hours.

But what's the duty cycle % colum?

The duty cycle show you the % of the given hour that the circuit was actually working.
A 0 (zero) would mean it was down for the entire hour.
