checking number of active phones MCD 5
« on: February 25, 2014, 02:47:17 PM »
I was wondering if there is a maintenance command to find the number of active IP phones on the system as opposed to the number registered?

Thanks, Jim

I've done this in maintenance commands:
'Stat 1'

This will show the status of all devices.
I copy this into a text file then import it into Excel.
This will show busy/idle and out of service devices.

IP phone inventory tells you that. If a phone is registered but out of service it says so.(used to be called Telephones programmed but told you the same thing.)
