Call History redial extra number
« on: February 11, 2014, 11:07:46 AM »
Hi All,

Hope you can help.  We've got a Mitel 3300 controller and are having an issue with redialing numbers in call history.  Here's what happens:

1. User arrives at desk and sees a missed call
2. User hits the call history button and scrolls though the missed calls
3. On finding a number they wish to call back (0207XXXXXXX) they hit the Call button
4. The phone then dials 900207XXXXXXX
5. Call goes dead as the number is incorrect

So the system is adding the 9 for an outside line which is good but also a 0, which is not so good.  Any ideas where I can find this setting and remove it?

Many thanks

James

I think that is in the system options form.
