Routing Voicemail ?
« on: February 07, 2014, 02:42:08 PM »
3300 MXe 2-Clustered Rel 4.2 / 10.2.0.26_2  EMB-VM 6-SX200 10-ASU

I have an unusual scenario and I'm not sure if I can create a solution for this.

Incoming call to 6500, no answer, so voicemail says, i.e.  If for appointments press 1,  if for results press 2.
Press 1 = 6500 voicemail box,  Press 2 = another phantom VM Box.

Can I do something like that with the Embedded VM or some other option ?

Thanks.

Transfer mailboxes should work.  Single digit mailbox transfer to desired extension, RG, HG.

Where can I find information on setting up Transfer Voicemail on the embedded ?  I looked at a few things which said it can be done, but not how to.

Thanks.

its just a setting in the mailbox menu (mailbox type) you just make it a transfer bo and tell it where to go to. Look in help for auto attendant.
