Mitel SIP 5340 firmware update

Hello everyone! I have set up my mitel 5340 on a sip line and it is working just fine. My firmware is still 7 and we are looking to upgrade it. Is it recommended to update the firmware? If so do you know the link to access the latest update? Can you give me any advice regarding this matter? I appreciate your help in advance!

Mitel no longer supports "SIP" mode on 53xx phones... did you look here: http://www.voip-info.org/wiki/view/Mitel+SIP+Firmware

or at any of the threads in the Non-Mitel forum here?

Thank you very much for your reply and yes I have accessed the link you posted. Apparently from the information I have gathered, it appears that there are no firmware updates out there. Thank you once again!
