Mitel UCA Status Question
« on: January 26, 2014, 11:13:30 AM »
This is on a Mitel 3300 with MAS. In the UCA when I set my status to "Gone for the day", I have the do not disturb toggled on. The phone icon status shows green in UCA and does not change to red which is do not disturb status. Green is just idle status. About half in the office stay green the other half go to red.

You sure the others are toggling DND? At end of day I just change mine to send all calls directly to voicemail. That might give a different indication.

If you go to manage statuses->Do not disturb->More options->Phone settings is the Do-not-disturb option enabled (green/on)? I don't think it is enabled by default. A little odd if you ask me.
