Disable Personal Contact Options

Have a customer with embedded voicemail. They would like to disable the Personal Contact options for certain users.

I thought there was a technicians function code that could do this, but I'm not finding it.

Anyone know the code or how to do this?

Just don't enter anything when requested for numbers (thanks Ralph).

The problem is that users are entering that information, and the site administrator would like to prevent them from hearing those prompts at all.

Ended up calling support and while Express Messenger used to have an option to disable it, that didn't make it into the 3300. Oh well, now they just have to decide if they want it enabled at all then or not.
