Mitel 3300 and Sonicwall NSA 2400
« on: December 03, 2013, 11:04:43 AM »
Hello,

We have a Mitel system here on site and have recently had to upgrade our sbs server using sbs 2011 which in turn has only allowed us to use 1 NIC so we are putting the Mitel system in front of a Sonicwall but was wondering if there was any specific settings that I need to change to allow the Mitel system to work as it should?

Thanks in advance
Emma

I look after plenty of site using this combination of hardware, but without a little more detail about what aspect in particular you're asking about, you won't get any useful answers.

Unless you are running a MBG or some other app then the answer is you will have at most to allow 443 and 20 and 21 ports open to the 3300 to allow licencing etc. to the AMC. You may not even need https open if you don't need remote access directly.

If however you are using MBG or MAS then the game changes....
