This is correct, but if a person is unfamilar with this tool, it doesn't do much good to know where it is...
To use this tool, do a database backup of the system and note where it is stored. Start the DB Test tool and open the database, and one would think all you do is run test, but there is one more step... under make sure to select Enable/Repair All (otherwise only a test is done and nothing is repaired), then run a Test of the database. It should tell you what is wrong, what it fixed and write a new copy of the database for you to the same directory as the original. Once this is done you have to do a system database restore in the Mitel 5000 and you should be in good shape.
