Call Routing - No Reroute

Hi All,
I'm a new member and have a question that I hope I can be helped with 

The system is a 3300 MCD

How do you stop incoming external calls from ringing an ACD extention that uses 'key system' as an appearance line on the ACD group setup? I used the call rerouting form (option1 across the board) to prevent internal-incoming calls to the extension,(busy tone is heard) however, if you ring it using a mobile phone or an outside line, it still shows an incoming call on the display set. Is it because the analog line is linked with key system to the ACD agent extension?

Are you trying to make the extension not receive ACD calls? If so, just take that agent out of the group. Or are you trying to make a key appearance stop ringing on this phone? If so, delete the appearance on that phone.

Matt, thank you for your response. No, im not trying to prevent incoming acd calls, just direct dialing to the extension, both internal and external if they're busy.  i just cant get external calls to hear the same, once a caller directly dials an extension in the group and the agent is already engaged, and its long distance, the display still shows the waiting call.  :(

In both the COS of the agent and the COS of the trunks blank out the field "Auto Camp On Timer".
