We are a mixed environment shop right now with Mitel IP phones and standard Centrex as we transition to IP. Our receptionist is still running an ISDN phone, but we have the UCA client loaded so that she can see the status of the IP phone users. After our recent upgrade to 6.0 she lost the phone icon, so can no longer monitor the status of those phones. I can't see any way of getting that back, any ideas?
