No one has noticed, but our email voice mail has not been functioning since we upgrade our 5000 to v6.
Not sure if there was any change in v6 to the voicemail to email, or if this is just coincidental.
We had it set up so that the voicemail would go direct to email, not email and phone...just email.
I went back into to look at the setting and they appear ok, but I'm looking for some advice as to what the cause could be.
My setting that worked look like...
We have a local MS Exchange server, the local address matches what is shown.
Again, it did work before as shown...but since V6, it does not seem to.
Looking forward to any suggestions.
