WLAN stand substitute

Does anyone know of a 1-box PoE injector + wireless client bridge? I'm sure one of these must exist, but my google-fu is failing me. I know of a PoE + powerline networking 1-box device, but we need wifi for a couple of places.

The WLAN stand appears to be the most unreliable piece of hardware on earth [we have sold 11 of these, of which 8 so far have died], and Mitel have stopped supporting them.

Sorry.....this one won't give POE. Would need local power (power brick) as well. Keep looking as they may have one that does both.

Mikrotik mAP [unfortunately this name is ungoogleable] is pretty close as it's tiny, does [will do, not out yet] lots of clever wireless stuff, takes 802.3af in and passes PoE out...but it puts out passive PoE, not 802.3af. Grrr!

I have, but what am I looking for? There doesn't seem to be a way to compare products or look at the details without download data sheets...one by one...and the product wizard doesn't cover wireless client bridges.

Newer generation of mAP, mAP2nD looks like it supports 802.3af in and out:

Sure, the Yealink in the picture is not a Mitel handset but I intend to acquire a mAP2nd at some point for testing. If it works then it will be a great little way to add wireless to a handset, and all powered from a single PoE injector.

Would be good to know how this goes, although the mikrotik forums has the Yealink running the specs only state that POE out is passive, not 802.3af

Using a regular Ethernet cable, the base station can be powered from a PoE-compliant (IEEE 802.3af) switch or hub.

It was just an example 802.3af device being powered through a Mikrotik mAP2nD.
