Hi,
i have a problem with a configuration about Mitel \ Prairiefyre.
I have a group of Queue (first level) that have interflow and Queue Unavailable set to trasfer the call into a big queue with 10 agent (Second level)
Everything is working properly, but i have a big problem when i need to extract and read a Queue performance by period report, because the value into this report is not correct (if the queue group of first level and the queue of second level are grouped together).
Instead of using interflow and path unavailable into the queue of first level, I would like to use the transfers to the group agent number 2.
How do I view the report calls on the Queue Performance by Period column Answered by ACD Group 2
