I've got a gal who cannot have a DID at this location so I set her up with a analog line for her second line. When she's on this line she hears the beep of the second incoming call but cannot pick it up. I have turned this on in COS and from what I read on the 5330 manual she should be able to hit the switchhook or the circle with the X to answer this call but it just hangs up on me when we test. Am I missing something? Mitel 3300 6.0. I have confirmed her phone is in the COS I turned this on in.

Make sure for the COS for the phones AND the trunks has Trunk Flash Allowed set to yes. Then you will have to make sure you have a feature access code for Trunk Single Flash. I think that is all. If anyone else needs to add something please do. Thanks.
