Problem with blind transfer on a call flow to Nuance server.

We have a problem, probably since the last upgrade.

We have An MxeServer, a Nupoint connect to the MxeServer and a Mxe Controller connect to Nuance (Speech Recognition Server) with sip trunks.

If we dial the Nuance number from a phone on the MxeServer, it's working. The problem is in all the callflow, we have program the # to do a blind transfer to the Nuance number.  This is not working anymore.  I suspect it stop working since the last upgrade, but I'm not sure.

Nupoint transfer the call, but we now have a silence until we hangup the phone. 

Do you have an idea to help me?
