Problems Upgrading 3300 AX

Dear Friends,

I have a 3300 AX controller running on 9.0.3 release, I adquire the SWA to upgrade and supporting the controller on Mitel.
I'm trying to upgrade to rel 4.0 to change de data into the SDS for new releases. But I Have a problem, My 3300 AX has a 4g flash card installed on it, but when I try to make the Upgrade using the Software Installer for 4.0 while the software its running appears this error; A System Flash with a size of less than 2GB detected.

how I say the system has a 4Gbit flash card on it but I don't know why this message appears and the controller return to starting to the 9.0 release, please can any body tellme how to upgrade my AX or fix this problem with the Flash, any steps, Tips will be appresiate.

The system only needs 2GB to be able to upgrade. The only reference made that must be checked is that the system has 512Meg RAM. Older AX system were shipped with 256Mb RAM. Old = partnumber 50005081 New = partnumber 50005943

That's right Wisegun, but I epeat the system have a 4GigabitFlash Card its enought space to load the complete System , but appearsme an announce tellingme that the flash have not 2  free Gigabit, so I think that the flash have to be formated but my questions i'ts do you have any procedimient for format and load the release 4.0 and then 5.0 and or 6.0?

the stystem it's running on 9.0 so I have to complete steps to synchronisate the directory on 4.0, well when I mak a manual loading for the 4.0 appears the message for no enough space, and them using the installer program. What can I do to solve this any ones with this feature failure before?

Yes bit what wiseguy asked was do you have 512Meg of RAM in the system i.e CX,CXi and MXe controllers usually came with only 256 of RAM in release 9.. To go above release 9 you had to upgrade the RAM module to a 512 M module.  I am assuming wiseguy is saying the same applies to the AX ( mI am not familiar with the AX ) so does it have enough RAM?

The Flash card is in place of a hard drive and is not the same as system RAM.
