Extension Forwarding??
« on: July 16, 2009, 02:47:11 PM »
I have one extension that is acting as though it's forwarded.  When it's called, the call doesn't appear on the phone, and it forwards to another extension.  Except that it's not forwarded.  Any idea where to look?  I looked at the extention on the 3300 and it's not set to forward.

Thanks,

Bob

There are two places to look:

1 - look in the call Rerouting assisgnment and make sure that no forwards are assigned there
2 - go to the command line and type - loc fea ext xxxx (xxxx is the extension number) it will then show any actives features which will include any call forwarding.

Worse Case:   Delete the phone and reprogram it.
It would only take a couple of minutes and is sometimes just plain faster than troubling shooting.
