Firstly let me appologise for posting this under 3300, only there are no topics for the 3100 which I realise Mitel have dropped.
My problem is I have a Mitel 3100 telephone system which is working fine, we use windows XP Pc's with the Mitel Networks 5820 Personal Assistant loaded, this enables us to use the Mitel Tapi Service with our CRM system (Goldmine) and a product called Tapi Link from Papillon Technology. However when I try to run this setup on Vista I get problems as the 5820 Personal Assistant doesn't want to work in Vista and causes it to hang.
I have searched everywhere for another TAPI driver for the 3100 without success.
Can anyone suggest a work around, I don't want to change phone systems and I have two laptops running Vista that I cannot use.
