QSIG to Avaya
« on: August 20, 2013, 07:46:40 PM »
Does anyone have a system, pref ver 6.0, that is connected via QSIG to an Avaya Aura or any other system?

I'm connected to an Aura but I not getting/sending names.  I know it's supported but I trying to verify my settings.

If you have a working one, would you mind sharing the Digital Link Desc and COS and anything else you think is relative.

Ralph

Hey Ralph,

We do have some Avaya kit that connects to our polish office via QSIG.  I don't know how to get the settings for this setup, but if you could point me in the right direction I will try and find out for you.

Andy

If you could export the related Digital Link Circ desc and the COS that would be helpful.

Question:  are you getting names across the link?

thanks for everyones input.
It's now working.  I've no idea what made it start working except the system must have needed to get a good nights rest.

Thanks.

Ralph
