Trunk Group Busy RAD - Mitel 3300
« on: July 18, 2013, 12:01:56 PM »
The 3300 has a feature that will play a RAD when a trunk group is busy.
Has anyone played with this feature?

My question is this:  If I have a route list and the 1st route has the RAD playing for the trunk group, doe it play the message then route out the second route in the list?   Help files aren't clear.

If it does then I have a really cool solution for something problem that people are talking about.

Hmm didn't know about that feature, but a few ideas come to mind about how it could be used in a lab at least.

What I'm looking to find out is if the call is routed out a route list, does it play the rad and then route out the 2nd choice.
