good morning folks,
some of our softphone users are unable to login in to the contact centre manager via thier client app.
i am new ip telephony and mitel etc.
our set up is basically as follows.
two 3300 controllers.
Sever running contact centre manager.
users connecting to the 3300 via contact centre client.
