Good Morning All,
I have a Mitel 5000 that I take care of and all my training has been on the job the past few years. We are now getting into some different things that I am not totally aware of and thought you all could assist. We have 3 digit dialing and we need to setup an extension for all of our users to call our help desk. I have chosen the extension and what I was going to do is just forward that ext to a hunt group that has our support Q members. At this point I am not getting what I want. I need to have that number forward directly to the hunt group instead of waiting a few rings. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks
