button for immediately pick up while user on the call

all,

is there any feature on mitel 3300, that when user on the phone, and there was another call , Secreatry able to immediately pick up the second call , instead waiting the routing to her?

Sure.
Add the bosses lines to the secretaries phone.
You can set them up to ring immediately or delay ring them to give to boss a chance to answer it first.
