Hi All,

We recently installed UCA 5.0 Console option on our reception phone. It works fine but if she is on a call and another call call comes in, the active calls window changes to conference and you basically lose the ability to individually control the calls. Both calls are put into a conference call. Has anyone seen this before? Is there any way to have the calls come in  as individual calls and then she can do as she like with the calls? Can this console option on UCA be used to replace a physical mitel console? Much appreciated.

Not that familiar with the UCA console. Have not heard of that issue.

On your final question yes we have a site where they have replaced traditional consoles with the UCA console and they are quite happy with it. They have been using the UCA console for over a year again with only minor issues. One funny bug is if you use the UCA client to search for a name it is pretty flexible ( doesn't care about first or last ), yet if you search from the Console it is really picky about what you use i.e you can find a user in the straight UCA but type the same characters and it can't find it. There is supposed to be a DPAR to fix.
