Turn off voicemail option?

Hi,

We have a Mitel 3300 system and using 5312 handsets. I had a query from a end user that he would his phone to just ring and ring when not around so that the voicemail doesnt kick in? I'm scratching my head thinking is this possible?

That is not a problem. Just make sure that the phone (DN) has no forward and no reroute to VM.

Calls won't go to voicemail if you don't tell them to. The calls get directed to the voicemail either through call forwarding at the set or through call rerouting programmed in the system. Clear the forwarding or deprogram the rerouting. Check the help files if you need to know how.
