Mitel 5550 ip console call history data is not coming

call history data is not coming on 5500 ip console

i have tried 5500 version : 4.0.1.7 & 4.0.0.17

mcd version:  5.0 sp2 pr2 11.0.2.66

any help will be appreciated

you need a external database to use the call history

the help file walks you through setting up postgres
