«

Hi,
I'm about to start programming my first MLAA on a Cxi-II, 4.1 SP1. I'm I able to upload professional messages to the mailboxes?
This is my first one so any pointers will be much appreciated.
Thank you
Steve.

Im pretty sure the only audio files you can upload are the music on hold source.
I got a plantronics headset that connects to both my pc and phone, so I can use it as a bridge to play the recording to the phone. I guess you could also look at softphones and set you input as you audio output (but I havent tried it myself)

Thanks,
I've ended up using ACD as the client was not happy with the system prompt "you are now being connected to....." The ACD seems to work fine and they are happy with it.
Thanks again.
