Well... no easy or convenient way that isn't more difficult than it's worth, unless you have a bunch of extra phones laying around. You could always put another phone on the desk (or in a visible area) and instead of just holding the line, do a Transfer to Hold to that extension, and if the person wanted to see the Caller ID before answering, look at that phone and if you want it do a Reverse Transfer of that extension. could work with a S/L phone with the ringer turned off or an analog CID box too, just transfer to that extension and make sure there is no forwarding path on it, probably best to set the Ringback Tone on the device to MOH as well.
