All, did you come across an issue that some of phone extension was missing in cluster server ? i try to manually add them back on secondary calll server, it was prompt remote directory number was in use somewhere

I think I follow what you are asking.
You shouldn't be able to add a remote DN to the tel dir of a system that doesn't have the number.
Are there any SDS sync errors on either system?
You may need to raise a ticket on MOL for someone to resolve the issue on the back end databases and clear out any under lying corruptions.

thanks martyn, i try to re-sync it still not luck..i think it may due to backend database as you said.
