I have a customer on MCD6.0 and they have recently had a few speed call entries removed from their system (they believe!). This stopped some incoming DDI calls working to their extensions. They are adamant that the DDIs were working before, but they had to manually put the speed call back into the system. I had a look through the Audit Logs, which went back 12 months and there are no entries in there about the speed calls being removed, deleted or changed.
I would just leave it at that - everything is working again now, but they are concerned that other things may have changed without them knowing about it.
Has anyone else had this sort of thing happen and if so what was done to sort it out?
