Configure Voicemailbox

We are having Mitel 3300 CX II controller. We recently purchased 5 voice mailbox license. It is the first time we have taken Vociemailbox licence. I have already clicked the voicemail option available in "user and device configuration"  Can you please guide me what are the options which need to be configured.

Well if this is the first time using voicemail, then you need to setup the voicemail. Try reading the help files.

In general here are the steps:
1- Create a COS that has Voice Mail enabled.
2- Program the VM ports
3- assign the new COS to the ports
4- create a VM hunt group.  Add all the VM ports to it.
5- reboot.
6- Call VM and test.

I know that's a pretty high level explanation but that should get you started.
