Teleworker phone in China
« on: January 15, 2013, 11:43:17 AM »
Does anyone currently have a Mitel phone running off a teleworker server working in China?  We have a customer service agent near Beijing that we would like to have setup as a teleworker.

You might need to do some homework and talk to sales engineering... remember that IPv6 is very common over there, could cause some issues depending on  the situation.

From memory I think we have someone with one permanently there, and a couple of others that take handsets with them when go there and it's worked. These are for connections back to Aus, but if there is going to be anywhere it would be in getting through the great firewall of China!  :)

In theory it should work. Think we had someone move there and they had a teleworker but can't be sure as I was not involved. Personally ran one from UK in Canada with no issues.
