We have used the Plantronics Blackwire series for wired headsets, you can get the base models pretty reasonably, like $30 online and the quality is what you would expect from Plantronics... For a wireless solution I am not really sure, most people who have UC with wireless supply their own but I am a heavy supporter of Plantronics products in general.
