Answering Call on Mitel 5360 / 5340 with headset

We're using some Mitel 5340 and 5360 devices besides our 5224 IP Phones.

When using the device, we were wondering how you can answer a call with the headset activated and the buttons on another page than the first one with the line key on it.
At the 5340 device you can press the 'homescreen' button and answer with your line key.
At the 5360 you have to browse back to the first screen.

Is there a way to answer the call with a  button in the dark gray area?

Are you using one of Mitel's headsets? If so, you should be able to press the hookswitch button on the headset itself and answer any line. Make sure you have ringing line select enabled on the COS of those sets as well.

Another option would be UCA which gives you call functions on your PC so if you are using a headset that doesn't have the hookswitch on it you should be able to answer using your PC.
