No, but a manual installation is pretty simple, the instructions are clearly laid out in the technicians handbook. No software installer needed, just the software on your laptop/PC with a serial port, an FTP server software (Filezilla works well), serial cable, and a terminal program (hyperterm or Teraterm).

^^ This... has bit me more than once, make sure the Windows Firewall is disabled, or any other firewall/security software such as McAffee, Norton, AVG, etc. or anything else that is providing firewall services. You can always test this easy enough from any PC on the network, open a CMD window or FTP client and try to FTP to your laptop with the credentials you have setup. I highly recommend using a third party FTP server over Windows FTP, such as FileZilla, the ability to watch things happening is very convenient (remember to disable the embedded FTP Server service in Windows!!!).

This has also bitten me.   We'd try to use Filezilla (great product btw) and I had my IIS FTP turned on.   FTP then tried to use IIS instead of Filezilla.   So... be sure IIS is turned off.

You can always test your FTP by using opening a cmd window in W7 and launching an FTP session to yourself and that should tell you that IIS is at least setup correctly. Then it almost always comes down to firewall issues.
