Hi all,

did you encounter the it cant retreive all the miss call , answered call history? i got one user that his 5340 phone can see any call history..

Assuming you mean a feature key programmed via CDE for Call History, make sure he is assigned a number of call records in User & Device Programming, like 20 call records. By default it is 0, meaning he won't get any history at all even if he has the key. I think that a 5340 should still be able to access call history via the blue menu key though, even without that option set.

There are two different call history keys, one is a feature, and one is a phone app.  The feature key isnt as good.  So use the phone app.
Line Type: Phone App
Phone Application Feature: Call History

DONT use the "Call History" in Line type...  well, you can, but I dont like that one, as it doesnt give me access to the various flavors to historic calls.
