Cordless headset

I have รก cordless headset connected to the Mitel 5330 IP, here i would like to connect a listen along set (meeluisterstick) on.
Does anyone have a cleu if this is possible?

We have a 3300 ,and we want to train someone and therefore that person must have the ability to listen with the callcenter operator who is using the cordless headset.

You may be able to get a 'Y' cable from the headset mfg.  Check with them.

But I agree with johnp.   Silent monitor works well for this app.

I assume the wireless headset is a third party model not the Mitel model that has the wireless module in the phone? If it is the Mitel model, you will have to use silent monitoring because I don't think the audio will be anywhere else for you to grab.
