If what is busy?  the phone or the hunt group?

Assuming you want the phone to fwd to the hunt group of people, 1st add an entry into the Call Rerouting 1st Alt form.  Point it to the hunt group.   What I usually do is forward the phone on a busy to the hunt group and then use the second alt form to forward it to VM.

I think you want either phone in the group to ring and if one is busy the other to ring. You can't do this with a hunt group because you can only specify one phone. You need a ring group to do it (3300 ICP Release 8 onward IIRC) then set it to ring all and all phones will ring if not busy, and since you have only 2 then its easy. Cascade ring would also work with just the two phones in the group. It would probably be better to use cascade ring if you have more phones in the group but don't let it ring too long at any one station.

Looks like you found it.   It's in your profile settings.
