I have had a part of the business ask for an auto attendant setup. I setups a basic demo of press 1 for this and press 2 for that (no problems) but they have now come back and asked for voice controlled directory (if you know the name of the team member please say their name to be connected)
I have tasked by phone vendor with providing solutions and costing. But though it would be worthwhile asking here what solutions people would recommend.
I personally am not sold on this technology, but this is coming from the top of the business.
