Nupoint Call Director Changing Overrides from Telephone access.

This is what I'm doing.  I call my office, access message system
dial mailbox number for call director then *
then i'm dialing a 1 (what i was told) to access the override messages and pick one

the only options the system is telling me at this point is user options, make new greetings, etc.

I have the override message id numbers 012 026 028
but I don't reach any point to enable to disable one of these messages.

Thanks for any suggestions
