UCA visual VM

Will the visual voice mail in UCA 5.0 work with any VM platforms other than NuPoint? I have a customer that would like to use it with the embedded VM. They get an error saying "Unable to connect to NuPoint server."

No, it only works with Nupoint, and if you don't have Nupoint make sure to remove the Voicemail Server IP address from the UCA configuration, it should be blank unless you actually have Nupoint.
