We currently are using a hosted application for our biggest call center which has over 10 sites and around 60 agents. Of those 60 agents about 5 work from home. We are looking to move this call center to CCM and was looking for input from others who have done this. Would like to hear positive and negative feedback and any gotchas.
We currently are using 3300s with release 5.0 SP2 and CCM 5.8.8151.1
