Hi, The has a 3300 MX controller but I need to run 4.0 an up releases, but I don't have any MXe contrller only CXi, I try to load the Demo Kit 3300 software into the CXi, I made all the procedures but, when I try to change anything into the controller configuration appears an message that say's "no loading sheet found" and nothin change, what can i do???

Are you just trying to license the CXi with you demo ARID or are you trying to restore a DB from the MX onto the CXi? If you are trying to restore you may need to delete some of the programming in the MX before you take your backup. Mainly the ONS and LS trunk info as there are physical differences between the two hardware platforms.

If I am off on what you are trying could you post more details as to what steps you have completed?
