Hot Desk user creation / Activation SET LOCK OUT!

I need to change a regular user to HotDesk user. When I'm trying to activate the device with the HotDesk ext. the device will lock with the following message:
SET LOCKED OUT!!

Is there any extra setting for me to enable this user on a new device ? Should I create a dummy user add the Hotdesk Key, activate the new device then login with the HotDesk ext?

hello,

might need a bit more info on this one. Does this user belong to a phone and you want to make them a hotdesk user? If you have converted them to a hotdesk user, then you need to create a new user for the phone with its own ext number and register the phone again.
Do you already have hotdesk users on the system? Because if you don't you need additional programming in the cluster element assignment and IP Networking.
Set locked out normally means that you are trying to register the phone against a user on the system with the wrong device type in my experience.
Can we have a bit more info about exactly what you have done.
