Failed to boot module PhoneWatcherSetupService

Getting the following error when logging into the UC Client 5.0....

System.Reflection.TargetInvocationException: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation. ---> System.Exception: Failed to boot module PhoneWatcherSetupService. look in C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Mitel\ (windows 7) you will find a  text file called UCC, this is the log file and may provide more detail on the failure
