Hi all!

I'm having this issue for a long time ago. The thing is:

Sometimes and JUST sometimes (I can not repeat it randomly) a few extensions receive a Call Me Back Message send from Hunt Group 15.

15 is the Hunt Group Number for calling to Voicemail. (15 was assigned for four voicemail ports).

I think is maybe a CoS thing, but I'm not sure.

Any idea?

and do the sets have voice mailboxes? Messages in the mailboxes? In normal operation when a message is left in a mailbox the voicemail turns on the MSG waiting lamp and sets a call back on the phone. However, if configured incorrectly it can set the callback without lighting the MSG waiting light.

I'm sorry, I didn't explain very well.

When someone left a voicemail, on a randomly way the "call back" turns on (obviously the lamp turn on too).

I want just the lamp and not the "call back".

Hello,

Also having an issue similar/exactly like sadzas.

Superset 410, Superset 420, 5220IP, 5010IP telephones are the end stations. 
Superconsole 1000 attendant phone handles the main line. 
PBX platform, Mitel 3300 MCD 4.2 SP2 PR1. 
Voicemail platform, AVST CX-E software rev. 8.10.

User's will report that MWI is active w/ no messages in their voicemail box.  Upon pressing the MWI key, the voicemail system reports - you have no new messages.
Callback number is the extension assigned to the huntgroup for the voicemail system.
Clearing callback message from voicemail hunt group works w/o any problems.

Why does the voicemail hunt group extension leave a callback message on various extensions/end stations?  I'm having difficulties recreating this error/problem/issue. 

Functionality for leaving and clearing a callback message b/n DIDs in the PBX is no problem.  Not sure how this functionality is facilitated through the link b/n our voicemail system/PBX.  Which i suspect where the issue lies.

On the phones that have the issue, do they have non-prime buttons that are in a hunt group? 
Maybe on the left side of the phone with something that may be labeled as Line 1, line 2, line 3?
