One way audio issues are almost always networking issues.
Lets start by finding out the following:
What is the IP address of the 5550?   (also need subnet mask and gateway)
What is the IP address of the 3300?   (also need subnet mask and gateway)
What is An IP adress of a phone you cannot talk to?   (also need subnet mask and gateway)

Does the 5550 have more than one NIC?

IP address of the 5550  -  IP:192.168.24.101/Subnet :255.255.255.0/Gateway:192.168.24.201
IP address of the 3300 -   IP:192.168.24.1/Subnet:255.255.255.0/Gateway:192.168.20.1(this is a network core switch IP address)
All the Other phones are on 192.168.26.0/24 Gateway:192.168.26.201
5550 installed on PC so two IP will be reserved for it!( am i right or wrong?)

Under options router address for each subnet is given and network default router also added.

If you go under All IP Telephones select the 5550 and ping an IP phone then do the reverse select an IP phone and ping the 5550.

If this is correct then your 3300 can't route to 192.168.26.0/24 (or anywhere for that matter).

chadmaynard is correct.
That default gateway will not work with that subnet mask.  It will need to be 192.168.21.x
I would guess 192.168.24.201 since that is what your phones are using but you need to be sure.
Your core should have an IP assigned to the 192.168.24.0 subnet.  I would expect that my be your GW.

As Chad said, "If this is true" - but it cannot be true as if it was, then none of your phones except the 5550 would work.  My guess is that all the phones are on the 24.x network and the 5550 is on the 26.x network.....

Typically in a setup like this you need an IP address on each VLAN on the core switch, using said IP for each networks default gateway.

I think the next step would be to ping a device (5330, 5340, PC, etc) on the .25 and .26 networks from the 5550 console.
Then ping from a PC on those networks to the console.

Post up a screen shot of (1) the ping failure  (2) a screen shot of a traceroute to an IP on a different subnet.

Can you post the VLAN config of the port the 5550 and 3300 are connected to?  The fact you can't ping 24.201 from the 5550 (which should be the 5550's gateway) is a start on where the problem lies.  Can we assume there are no ACL's that prevent any traffic such as ICMP or control access from one subnet to another?
