3300 MCD 4.2 ISDN ALARM.
« on: July 18, 2012, 01:11:10 PM »
Hi,

I'm seeing the following error in my logs when I busy and RTS.

MTSTMAP: The PBX is sending state map information for link 1. Please deprogram it.

Anyone know what that means and how to rectify it.

If I look further down the logs when I unplug the ISDN I get the following as I would expect.

Layer 1 RED alarm ACTIVE
D-channel forced DOWN!-
MC269CA Universal E1 at location 07 1 03 01 Type of diagnostics : Background Scope of report : Hybrid Reason(s) for report: - Synchronization : Absent

Then when I plug it back in I get.

MC269CA Universal E1 at location 07 1 03 01 Type of diagnostics : Background Scope of report : Hybrid Reason(s) for report: - Synchronization : Present
D-channel is UP.

But now traffic is passing over and the 3300 Alarms that 1 digital Link (this one) is unavailable.

Any ideas?
